Costa Rica Events – Between housing in condominiums and residential areas, ExpoConstruction and Housing will be offering homes from just ¢35 million (About $62,500). They will offer lots starting at just ¢8.5 million.(About $15,000)
The fair will be from February 15-19 at the Pedregal Events Center in San Antonio de Belén. 150 housing projects and 230 companies will be represented.
There will be over 700 stands with materials and finishes. 15 financial institutions will offer credit options in dollars and colones for the purchase, construction and remodeling of housing.
Evelyn Gómez, commercial director of the Costa Rican Chamber of Construction, which organizes the event, stated that the lowest price options are small homes, lofts and some apartments.
Entrance to the event is free Wednesday, ¢1,000 colones Thursday and Friday and ¢2,000 on the weekend.
There will be a virtual fair enabled February 20th on ExpoConstruccion’s website.
