Costa Rica News – Well it has finally arrived. Superbowl weekend. After 5 months of battling it out on the gridiron, two teams will fight for the chance to be called Superbowl Champions this coming Sunday. It does not matter if you are a San Francisco 49er fan, if you are cheering for the Baltimore Ravens, or if you are indifferent because you team has been knocked out of the playoffs, many of you will be glued to the screen Sunday night to watch the festivities.
Even if you are just watching to see the Superbowl commercials you probably want to know where to go to watch the game if you don’t already have a party to go to in Costa Rica. If you want to have a quiet time and not be around drinking then you probably want to stay at home, but if you are looking to be around others that are cheering for their team then there are many places for you to go watch Suprtbowl XLVII in Costa Rica.
For you single guys that want to have scenery of beautiful women during the game, you might want to head to The Sportsmen’s Lodge in San Jose. This is not really a place for women to go watch the game as their will be working girls offering intimate party favors during the game for a price. The party will start 3 hours before kick off and continue until one hour after the game. For this you need to act quickly though as it is $55 for all you can eat or drink for the 3 hours before the game until the game ends. (Cash bar after the game) Only 200 tickets are being sold for this. It is a great party for those males that love be surrounded by beautiful women while watching the game. Also if you are not into the working girls you can get a real Thai massage during the game at Bambu Body Works located on site.
If that is not your cup of tea then there are lots of other places to sit and enjoy the Superbowl in Costa Rica. My personal favorites are The Fiesta Casino in Alajuela, Time Out Tavern in Escazu, Los Amigos in Jaco, Chubbs in San Jose, and Point Sports Bar and Grill in Puerto Viejo.
