World News – Some people were having a pretty good time during the blizzard of 2015 and it carried over into the clean up time afterwards.
It happened on Route 403 in North Kingstown on Tuesday night, near the end of the blizzard, police said.
The truck was not plowing snow at the time and was not working for the state, they said. The man, identified as John Cunha, 55, failed a series of sobriety tests, police said.
Cunha was released from jail on $1,000 bond and was ordered to appear in court next week.
He was charged with driving under the influence and could be fined and have his license suspended. A phone number for Cunha was disconnected, and there was no immediate information on a lawyer.
