Unfortunately this weekend is a bit slow on the Pacfic side and but some larger waves in on the Caribbena side of Costa Rica from June 14th to June 15th. FRIDAY: Holding SSW groundswell with some more medium sized surf for the top SSW facing breaks and then smaller surf is set for the weekend
WEATHER/WIND: Light to moderate offshore winds in the morning/afternoon for northern regions with some onshore flow to the south into the afternoon. NOTE – Passing or nearby showers and thunderstorms can temporarily affect/change local wind conditions.
Friday 06/014 – 0.9-1.2m+- waist to shoulder high – Fading SSW groundswell with some smaller surf as some small longer period SW swell fills in
Saturday 06/15 – 0.6-0.9m+ – thigh to chest high occ. 1.5m – SW groundswell combination
Caribbean Costa Rica Forecast
Moderate short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the next few days. Light and variable east-southeast winds, increasing rapidly later and switching to the east-northeast. Small short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the early part of next week. Light and variable northwest winds later and switching to the east-northeast.
