Explore, deepen, and enrich your practice with Dori Thomsen, Founder of Your Zen Yoga.  Join Dori for classes held throughout the area of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.  A variety of instruction is available, ranging from Restorative Yoga to Hot Detox, to Meditation and Pranayama.  And, now offering Stand Up Paddle Yoga & Fitness.   Private instruction for groups, couples, and individuals is highly recommended.  Your Zen Yoga also specializes in helping you custom design your very own Yoga Retreat, here in beautiful Costa Rica. 

Dori’s teaching style focuses on the student as an individual, seeing it as a personal journey.  She integrates a vinyasa style practice with influences of Iyengar based Yoga, and enfaces on alignment and safety.  It’s your practice, your place of internal zen.  She is also one of the first professional teachers of SUP Yoga in Costa Rica.

Coming this August, Dori has partnered up with Yoga Energy Studio and Pura Vida Ride, and is offering a training course for teachers to be certified in SUP Yoga & Fitness, at Las Catalinas in Playa Danta.  Teachers will gain 40 hours with the Yoga Alliance in this week long retreat.  Please visit the retreat page below for more info.  Retreat lodging is located at Sugar Beach Hotel.  Discounts are offered to locals, that does not include lodging, meals, or day trips.  Dates are August 23-29, 2012.  For those with interest in not acquiring the certification, the “Just SUP Yoga Retreat” is also available.  Please inquire with Dori at [email protected]

For 1 yogi $100
