Costa Rica News – (Surf Report July 26th and 27th) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and add in some pictures of beautiful surf girls in bikinis. This weekend has some great waves with a swell hitting the Pacific side of Coast Rica and the Caribbean side of Costa Rica from July 19th to July 20th. We have also added live surf video from Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
WEATHER/WIND: Look for light/variable to light onshore wind for the early mornings, with a moderate onshore SW/WSW seabreeze developing over the mid to late mornings and into each afternoon. NOTE – Passing or nearby showers and thunderstorms can temporarily affect/change local wind conditions.
Friday 07/26 – 1.2-1.8m – shoulder high to 1 ft overhead – S-SW swell mix peaks
Saturday 7/27– 0.9-1.5m – waist to head high – Easing S-SW swell

Moderate short period wind waves from the east-northeast holding during the next few days. Light east winds with a slight chop, Increasing later. Moderate short period wind waves from the east-northeast falling slightly during the early part of next week. Light west-southwest winds later and switching to the north-northeast.
Friday 07/26 – 2.1-2.4m – Head high to 1m overhead – Moderate mid period swell from the east-northeast holding during the day. Light and variable north winds, increasing rapidly later and switching to the northeast.
Saturday 07/27– 2.1-2.4m -Head high to 1m overhead – Moderate mid period swell from the east-northeast falling slightly during the day. Breezy northeast winds, whitecapping conditions with moderate choppy seas.
