Costa Rica News – (Surf Report August 23rd and August 24th) – We are going to give you the surf forecast for Costa Rica and add in some pictures of beautiful surf girls in bikinis. This weekend is a little small on the Pacific side of Coast Rica but the Caribbean side of Costa Rica is going to be pumping from August 23rd to August 24th, but as always there will be some waves to ride. We have also added live surf video from Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.
North Costa Rica & Central Costa Rica & South Costa Rica Forecast for the Pacific
FRIDAY: Fading SSW swell with some inconsistent pulses of SSW swell mixing in.
WEATHER/WIND: Look for light/variable wind for the early mornings, with a moderate onshore SW-WSW seabreeze developing over the mid to late mornings and into each afternoon. NOTE – Passing or nearby showers and thunderstorms can temporarily affect/change local wind conditions and damage roads.
Friday 08/23 – 0.6-0.9m+ – thigh to chest high – Fading SSW swell with some inconsistent pulses of SSW swell mixing in.
Saturday 08/24– 0.9-1.2m+ – waist to shoulder high occ. 1.5m – New SSW swell fills in; stay tuned, storm dependent
