Costa Rica News & Events – Although we are just now celebrating Thanksgiving, is it ever too early to start celebrating Christmas? I don’t think so, so let the Christmas festivals begin in Costa Rica.
The seventh edition of The Guanacastearte Festival will be held in conjunction with the XV Christmas Festival Nandayure 2014.
From the 27 to 30 November Guanacastearte Festival will take place and from the 5 to 8 December the Nandayure Christmas Festival in the city of Carmona located in Nandayure, Guanacaste.
Among the activities planned there are spaces for dance, live music, theater, exhibitions of photographs, parades, storytelling, workshops, folklore, theater and many other activities besides the spectacular closing in charge of the Nandayure Christmas Festival 2014.
The event is organized by the community of Carmona Nandayure, Nandayure Municipality and the Office of Culture in Guanacaste with the support of institutions and businesses in the province.
