Costa Rica Entertainment News – Until November 27th, if you are an audiovisual buff then you should head to Heredia. Universidad Latina will be holding its 2nd annual Enfocus Festival.
There will be workshops and speakers related to advertising, journalism and marketing. All of these are key aspects to developing
a profitable business in Costa Rica or anywhere in the world.
In addition to the previously mentioned activities, the festival will have awards for the video production. These awards include best short film, best documentary and best video.
To make this festival even more complete it will have competitions in the radio and television fields. These awards range from best advertising piece, best journalistic work , best video creation, best advertising piece for radio amongst others.
The director of the best film will receive the festival’s top award. This consists of an all expenses paid trip to the 2015 ArtFest in the USA. Other awards include audiovisual equipment, travel to various destinations around Costa Rica, and gift cards.
The 2014 Enfocus Festival will be held at the Universidad Latina in Heredia across from the Paseo de Los Flores Mall.
The Entry fee is 5000 colones or about $10.
